 Hello, my name is Ryan Jaggi and I have been coaching/ training athletes for over 12 years. I graduated from Eastern Oregon University with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in health and fitness coaching. I also ran cross country and track for EOU. I coached as the assistant cross country and distance coach at EOU as well as the strength and conditioning coach for the track&field team. I have taught weight training at the high school level for 4 years. Having competed in many sports(football, cross country, wrestling, basketball, track) and been very successful at as athlete at all levels (Juco-D1) and coached all ages, I have the background to take athletes to the next level. No matter your goal on or off the field I know I can help you get you to where you want to me. My training philosophy is; you have to train like an athlete if you want to play like an athlete.

Hello, my name is Zac and I have been coaching/training athletes for 4 years. I have been an active person my whole life; from playing all kinds of different sports and having the opportunity to compete at all levels of competition (high school/Juco, NAIA). I graduated from Eastern Oregon University with a degree in business. While completing my degree I spent most of my free time learning about and coaching powerlifting as well as competing in the 73kg raw class.
